More on the tragic, wanton, and needless execution of Trayvon Martin by George "Junior Police Explorer with a Big Piece and a Little Wiener" Zimmerman:

I'd love to represent the family of Trayvon Martin in their civil lawsuit against George Zimmerman and the homeowners' association which utilized Mr. Zimmerman's vigilante execution services to hunt down and kill Trayvon. In the civil suit for wrongful death due to the use of unnecessary and excessive force, the burden of proof for money damages is only a fair preponderance of the evidence and not beyond a reasonable doubt. The homeowners' association will hopefully have liability insurance to cover the negligence aspect of the claim but the willful and wanton aspect will not be covered by insurance. It is possible, depending on how the facts come out, that the homeowners' association, and even the individual homeowners themselves, will be liable for the intentional tort liability. If I represented Trayvon's estate, I would be seeking millions and millions of dollars in compensation for the loss of this wonderful young man who was the victim of a vigilante executioner, George Zimmerman. And I would try in any way possible to hold Zimmerman, the homeowners' association, and even the individual homeowners liable for punitive damages as well.

By the way, if you think that Zimmerman may be found criminally not guilty, that does not preclude a later verdict of liability against him in a civil claim for money damages. Think about how OJ Simpson was acquitted of murder in the criminal case but convicted in the civil claim for money damages.

The thug in the execution was George Zimmerman, who chased down a man who was carrying a bag of Skittles and an Arizona Ice Tea.

I did not get "kicked out" of the casino last week, either figuratively or literally. No one took me anywhere kicking and screaming nor heaved me out any door. I will blog about my experience at one of the dance clubs at the casino where I was asked to leave and voluntarily did so of my own accord, when I get a chance. I am very busy on many projects. Suffice it to say, however, that after two hours of a marvelous time within the dance club there, in which many Goddesses danced with me and insisted on having their pictures taken with me, some anonymous person made a request to the manager that I leave. A black bouncer nicely informed me of this and accompanied me to the front entrance where I walked away, all the while telling the surprised patrons on the way out that I had been asked to leave.

When you live a high-profile a life as I do, there are always going to be haters, like you, who wish me ill. That's unavoidable and just a cost of doing business in a life such as I now lead. But the magic of my life is worth that small price.

Again, you don't identify yourself. You get none of the details correct. I have written about this briefly in response to someone who asked me about it on Facebook. Perhaps that person was you. I don't really care.

Finally, your hatred of me does not faze me in the least. But I do appreciate the fact that you took the time to post a Comment here. I do hope you'll continue to read my blog.

    All best,

  4. I heard you were crying like a bitch when they dragged you out. I doubt a large establishment like a casino tosses patrons out without good reason. You must have been a disturbance. Of course in your demented mind you are oblivious to it.... too busy with women winning bets from their friends to dance with the jerk so they can get a free drink.

  5. Dear Crybaby Bitch Anonymous (April 3, 2012 at 12:33 p.m.),

Well your Comment shows precisely why hearsay evidence is not admissible in a court of law. In a hater's world, like yours, of course it's admissible. In fact, an idiot, like you, believes such drivel hook, line, and sinker.

I was neither crying nor dragged out. In fact, I was laughing. And the patrons I walked by, as I was on my way out of the dance club, were sad I had to leave. They could not understand why, nor was I ever given a satisfactory explanation.

Also, in your ignorance you betray your lack of understanding of who controls what in the casino I was in. The casino employees do not control the dance club I was in. So while I was politely asked to leave by the bouncer, and did so, quite willingly, I spent the next 5 hours in the casino having a blast entertaining customers and employees of the casino with ad-lib stand-up comedy based on what was happening in the hallways of the casinos and the places where I bought something to eat.

It does not follow from being asked to leave that I "must have" been a disturbance. For example, if a hater or jealous person complains to a bouncer, I may be asked to leave. Maybe not.

As for demented minds, mine, obviously, is quite clear, very sharp, and most analytical. Unlike whatever it is you do your hating with. Your asshole, perhaps?

Oh, yes, I suspect the MANY Goddesses who want to dance with me and have their picture taken with me, or would like me to do a lap dance with the bride-to-be (but I haven't yet "had" to comply because I only would agree to do so if the Goddess made very clear that was her wish), are paying bet money with their girlfriend Goddesses to see if I'll agree to pose with them. But of course I never refuse a reasonable request from a Goddess.

Hey, ape-man, why don't you call my cell phone, 860-759-9860, and if you're coherent we can arrange to meet at a Dunkin' Donuts or a local coffee shop. I'd LOVE to see if you have the BALLS to say to my face what you feel so bold as to say to me her, in the shadows the folds of your Mommy's dresses, the shadows of anonymity.

I've made that offer many times, but no one has had the guts to take me up on it. I know you won't either, you wimpering wimp. lmfao

    Bob,

On a completely serious note, I have a reflective question to proffer. I preface this by noting that this is a serious question, and not meant to attack you in any way (as it is clear the above-(un)named posters are attempting to do).

Riddle me this -- I have been to numerous bars and clubs throughout my years, all around the world; however, I have never managed to get kicked out of one in any way, shape or form. Why do you think it is that you have, in the past few months, multiple accounts of being kicked out of such establishments (i.e. KKK, Mezzo, Titanium (?), TSR, the place in Hartford, the Casino (Shrine?), etc.)? Do you believe these to be random occurrences (if so, you should have played Mega Millions last week!)? If not, do you see a common factor within any of these occurrences?

    Just wondering!

    1. Dear Serious and Reflective Anonymous (April 3, 2012 at 10:25 p.m.),

That's an excellent question which has a complex answer which differs for each instance. The primary reason is this. When you put on a show or bring a lot of attention to yourself in a bar or a dance club, you're always at risk of someone feeling internal conflict about your performance. If the feelings in that person or persons are strong enough, they may ask a bouncer or the manager to ask you to leave. And if the conflicted person IS the manager, he may ask you to leave or encourage you to do so.

      Let's talk cases now.

KKK in New Haven. I made fun of the black comics using the "n" word in the way they did. I also made fun of the overall misogynistic humor of several of the comics. They did not like being challenged in this way. Trust me, I am no prude, but I was shocked at how racially offensive the humor was and how raunchy. And I thought it actually funny to make fun of that. I also had shown off some dance moves in the pre-show in the bar area. When I returned two weeks later, I could tell they did not want a comic in the KKK who was as flamboyantly unconventional as I behaved two weeks before. They wanted well-behaved boys only. So the cops were called. But what a wonderful experience I had, and told about it here on the blog, in getting the charges dropped.

Mezzo. Again, people all over the state have told me how much they loved my dancing and energy at the Mezzo patio and disco. I meet people in dance clubs, the casinos, around town, in other towns, who come up to me and say, "You're the guy from Mezzo. I love your dancing. Everybody loved your show. You were the main attraction. What happened?" But then there are the handful of haters, jealous people, envious ones. Two young women in particular have it in for me and I've written about what I suspect is going on with them psychologically here on the blog. The manager, David, was simply jealous of all the attention I got from the women in particular and didn't want me there any longer. By mid-September, 2011, he had told me, so often, to "take a break" that I knew he didn't want me there, so I moved to Titanium. When I returned several months later, just to see if I was then welcome, I had the big blow-up with him which I've reported on FB if not here. I really let him have it in what I said to him and in my written, sarcastic comments about him.

Titanium. I've NEVER been asked to leave Titanium. I started going to Hartford, New Haven, and the casinos after business droppef off at Titanium after the New Year's Eve imbroglio. I've always had a great relationship with the owner, Gaetano Bramato, the bouncers, the djs, and the bartenders, male and female. I loved the place but also am happy I've branched out to greener pastures.

In Hartford, I had the run-in with the police when I allegedly "danced" across Allyn Street and the cop didn't like it. Again, I was bringing attention to myself by not behaving like a good little boy, as most of the people in this world do. Again, being a performer, I acted the way I did to perform for the party-goers at PourHouse who were standing outside smoking.

      [Continued in next Comment window.]

      Delete
    2. [Continued from above.]

At Pigs Eye, I was attacked in the pool table area a few weeks ago by a young man I'd had NO previous interaction with. I think he was drunk and resentful of all the attention I was getting from my very flamboyant dancing with the Goddesses and the Mere Mortal Men in the pool table area. The police treated me nicely with respect to this one because I was clearly a victim of a drunk's drunken jealousy or whatever else motivated him to run up to me and grab me by the throat. Even though I was the victim, the manager asked me not to return because he just didn't want me there. Again, he had no problem with my behavior except, I suspect, because I was drawing too much attention to myself and as it turned out the drunk decided to attack me because of that same fact. Go figure. Hey, it's their business to run their business. I could challenge the decision before the LCC or the CHRO on several grounds, as I could in the case of the KKK, but life is short and there are plenty of other places to dance and perform.

Shrine at Foxwoods. This one happened about 10 minutes before closing. Again, the young women and men who were filming me pretend to be crying as I danced near the high roller VIP area up next to the dj stand liked my act but one old man resented my getting the attention of the young women, which he could only buy with his money, so he whispered in the ear of a bouncer and I knew right away what was happening when the bouncer came over to me. The bouncer then escorted me out, told me he agreed with what had just happened but he had to follow the wishes of the high roller dude, and then he told me I was always welcome to return. He also told me where the stand-up comedy club was located in case I wanted to check it out.

These are NOT random occurrences. If I did not dance so flamboyantly and with so many people in so many parts of the dance clubs, essentially all over the place, or if I came with a group of people and just hung around them, I would never have any problem at any of them. But I make a big splash in all these places. I stand out. I bring attention to myself. But you have to understand. This is what I want to do. I can tell you this. If I did not get MOSTLY positive feedback from my behavior from the other dancers and patrons, I would not be doing what I'm doing. If you followed me around at any of these dance clubs you would see exactly what I'm talking about. If you by any chance want to see this for yourself, just let me know.

I hope that helps you understand what's happening. Again, I don't expect you to approve of my wanting to show off and perform on the dance floors but that is what I want to do. However, there is a price to be paid in some of the venues for this choice. Not a big price but a price nonetheless.

Thanks for asking a great question.

      All best,

      Bob

  7. Haha looks like there are several witnesses to your antics and you being thrown out of the casino. Your denials scream "liar liar." Face it, you get thrown out of bars for a reason. And you and your actions are the reason. Stop blaming everyone else. Just off the top of my head from what I can remember you are now banned from Mezzos, Shadow Room, Elis, Rookies, the club at the casino, and several places in New Haven. No one, except for you, gets banned from this many places. Obviously there is a problem and the problem is you. Take responsibility. You say its harmless and youre living life. But you forget that the reason you get thrown out of bars is because of what you do to others and how you make them feel. Its not right that you upset people and ruin their night to the point that they need to tell the bouncers or you need to be removed so other patrons wont leave because of your actions. Grow up and respect those around you instead of blaming them for the consequences for your actions. Dont leave me your number, dont challenge me to meet you at a coffee shop, dont talk about my balls, dont do any of that bs. Just clean up your embarrassing act.

    1. Dear Jeremy Anonymous (April 3, 2012 at 10:53 p.m.),

First, I have not been thrown out of the casino. I have been asked to leave dance clubs there. But you are not a subtle thinker, able to make fine distinctions, but frankly I don't have time to educate an unintelligent person like you how to think clearly.

Second, see my above Comment to an intelligent, serious questioner about why I have been asked to leave places. It IS because I deliberately draw attention to myself by my dancing behavior. Now the reality is this, as I said above. If I did not get a helluva a lot more positive feedback from the other patrons, the Goddesses and the other Mere Mortal Men, and the bouncers and the djs and the promoters, I would not continue doing what I do. But I do get a LOT of positive feedback. So I continue. That's the way entertainers learn what works and what doesn't work. There are always going to be some people who don't like an entertainer's act. In the case of paid entertainers, these people just don't pay to go to the show.

Third, the only other people I've seen be asked to leave bars or dance clubs is drunks. I mostly drink water in these places. Sometimes I'll drink a beer. But I spend my time in dance clubs dancing, for hours at a time, which is why I get sweaty. It's like being in a gym or health club for me.

Finally, I don't, frankly, give a hoot what you think of me, my act, or my behavior. I do take responsibility for my actions. I recognize that living an unconventional life as a free man will rub some people the wrong way. But the feedback I get from people I meet around the state who like my dancing and the way I interact with people in the clubs keeps me going, feeds me.

As for you, I am again telling you that if you want to say something to me, call me on my cell phone, 860-759-9860. Be a man. Grow up. Take responsibilty for your criticism of me. Tell me to my face in the light of day. Come out of the shadows of anonymity. Stop hiding behind your Mommy's dress. Grow some balls. Clean up your embarrassing act of being like a scared little child who can't quite bring himself to tell his Daddy to his face that he resents Daddy's close relationship to Mommy.

You, Jeremy, are a WIMP. If you're not, call me. Meet me in a public place at a mutually-convenient time and day and let's talk about this. The way MEN talk things over they disagree with.

The problem is this: you don't have the emotional strength to show your face to me and have a rational discussion of whatever it is which you choose to be bugged about, about me.

I have challenged many many people to call me to set up such a meeting. You know how many people have called me? None. Zero. Nada. All wimps. Chicken shits. And you're just one more in a long line of them.

      All best,

The Man with the Balls to live his life the way he wants to live it

That's actually pretty funny. If you weren't a mental defective, seriously retarded, I'd laugh.

Go ahead, former clients. Sue away. But consider the following.

Such claims would never qualify for class action status. There is no commonality in the causes of action of each allegedly "misrepresented" client.

The statute of limitations has run on 99% of the alleged claims.

You know, Anonymous Imbecile, if you could write a grammatical English sentence it would make it easier for my readers to understand your semi-formed thoughts, if such can be said about the poorly-communicated fantasies of an Anonymous idiot like you. Please get some remedial writing lessons. It would appear you think at a kindergarten level and write at a second grade level. Please keep me posted on your attempts to become reasonably literate. I care.

When I was a young lawyer, the most impressive lecture I ever heard at a CT Trial Lawyers Association seminar was the legendary trial lawyer Bill Davis explaining "What I Learned from Losing." All the lawyer blow-hards who preceded Bill, as usual, bragged about all their big victories in court. Bill had the BALLS to talk about all the losses he had sustained over the years and what he learned from each loss.

Whenever a young associate of mine would return from court having won his or her first jury trial, I'd take the winner out to lunch. First I congratulated the victor on the win. Then I said the following. "I know how good it feels to win. But I need to inform you that you didn't learn ANYTHING useful from winning. You only inflated your ego, which may hurt you in the next case, if you overestimate your case or your abilities. However, when you learn to absorb your first loss, and your second and third, especially the humiliating losses, then you'll learn some very important lessons."

In saying these things to my young associates, I was just passing on the wisdom I learned many decades ago from Bill Davis.

It's SO funny that know-nothing, do-nothing, black-hating control freaks like you keep thinking there's ANYTHING legal you can do to me to stop me from doing whatever I want to do. I'm glad you have that obsession with me, however, as I love all the attention. No, I FEED on attention, even the attention of cretins, like you.

As for the dance clubs, I had a WONDERFUL time last night at the Wet Tee-Shirt Contest in New Haven. Don't worry, the pictures will be posted soon on Facebook by the photographer who I'm sure took nice close-ups of the Very Hot Goddesses in the inflatable oval pool on the raised stage in the main dance hall. It was really great when the tee-shirts came off although none of them took off their sexy bras. A few of them did unhitch their pants to reveal more of their anatomies and thongs. A few of the young Mere Mortal Men who hung out with me around the stage were, I think, members of some kind of a gang. They kept teaching me a three-finger hand gesture and some other verbal signals which all of them knew quite well.

Hey, there are TONS of dance clubs I haven't even tried yet, and many I return to week-after-week. So have no fear, I'll never be kicked out of everywhere for good. And should that happen, Connecticut is a very tiny state. Can you imagine how many dance clubs there are in the other 49? Dream on, sonny boy.

As for the cold-blooded chase-down execution of my black brother, Trayvon Martin, by the race-hating George Zimmerman aka The Junior Vigilante and Dirty Harry wannabe, I would LOVE to stir up a riot over that murder. Something HAS to be done to get Florida, which is now being revealed as one of THE racist, red-neck states in the lower 48, apart from whatever little hole in the ground you live in here in Connecticut, to repeal that racist Stand Your Ground law. Also, the NRA is totally out of control. You need to be directing your hate-ful energy to the NRA for stupidly and paranoia-edly trying to arm the entire American Populace. The good thing is this. At some point, you and your fellow racists will be shooting it out in duels in front of the trailer trash park where you cretins live, if it's even fair to call your hate and jealousy-filled existences a form of human life. And the tragic-comic aspect of your shoot-em-outs will be this: You'll all be eating Skittles and carrying Arizona Ice Tea, just as Trayvon was when the gunman killer, George Zimmerman, disregarded the dispatcher's order to go back to his car and then tracked down and executed Trayvon in cold blood, just steps from the townhouse he was staying at. Race is still a big problem in America because of red-neck ignoramuses like Zimmerman--and YOU.

Let me make myself perfectly clear, dumbkopf: I AM WHAT I AM and I WILL DO WHAT I WILL DO. And I don't give a flying freak what you think about it. What are you going to DO about it, Momma's boy?
